Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation charges are calculated on the actual fare of the ticket, if any discount coupons are used while purchasing the ticket, the discounted value would be used to calculate the refund amount when a ticket is cancelled. Cancellation charges vary depending on the bus operator's policy and are displayed during the booking process
• Cancellation policy is calculated based on the scheduled departure time of the bus service (i.e. service start time).
• Customer is responsible to make sure the selection on the bus provider, services, traveling date, time and destination are correct before making payment. By making payment and booking tickets customers agree that they are the owners of the credit card or mode of the payment.

To board the bus, passengers must carry:

• A copy of the ticket (either a printout of the ticket or the ticket email).
• A valid identity proof (Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Student ID card, Company ID card, Passport, PAN card, or Voter ID card).Failure to produce either may result in denial of boarding.

Bookvio is committed to the following:

• Issuing a valid ticket (one that will be accepted by the bus operator within its network).
• Providing refunds and assistance in case of cancellations.
• Offering customer support and information in case of delays or inconvenience.

Bookvio disclaims responsibility for :

• The bus operator’s failure to depart or arrive on time.
• Unprofessional or unlawful behavior by the bus operator’s staff.
• The condition of the bus, seats, or other amenities not meeting customer expectations.
• Any changes or decisions made solely by the bus operator.
• Cancellations made by the bus operator due to unavoidable reasons.
• Loss, theft, or damage of customer baggage.
